Program Director

The Program Director will lead all of WorkLife Partnership’s social enterprise programs across the US and oversee grant-funded projects ensuring service quality drives impact. The Director will be responsible for executing WorkLife’s social enterprise program strategy and for managing internal capacity to provide contracted services to our customers.

WorkLife Resource Navigator

While we are not filling a current opening, we are always seeking exceptional candidates for our talent pipeline. If you are interested in the role of a Resource Navigator, we would love to hear from you any time.

The Resource Navigator will provide personalized, one-on-one support to employees of a WorkLife member employer. Navigators work alongside employees to help them find resources and solutions to life challenges at home and work and to promote their long term stability and wellness.
