Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will work directly under the COO to maintain optimal efficiency in WorkLife business operations. The Operations Coordinator is expected to respond promptly and thoroughly to internal and external requests, dig into the details, and provide superior communication and follow up. They will know who to bring into decision-making and be proactive in seeking resources to solve organizational challenges and achieve short- and long-term goals.

Content Specialist

The Content Specialist will actively participate in content marketing strategies that support WorkLife’s national business growth and program utilization. The Content Specialist will be responsible for the content creation process for WorkLife’s external communications, creating awareness of WorkLife’s brand, services, and value proposition among our target audiences.

WorkLife Resource Navigator

Multiple positions/locations

Resource Navigators provide personalized, one-on-one support to employees of WorkLife’s member employers. Navigators work alongside employees to find resources and solutions to life challenges at home and/or work and promote the employee’s long-term stability and wellness.
