WorkLife deploys its Resource Navigator service to help employees in life so they can meet their potential at work. Job Summary

The WorkLife Sales Representative will be instrumental to the success of WorkLife’s exciting growth strategy. You will be part of our Sales team to test and pivot strategies that drive sales targeting companies with 500 employees to enterprise sales. You’re a natural relationship builder and influencer.  Your network and knowledge of employee benefits and HR functions make you a trusted adviser.  You’re at ease educating, guiding and inspiring prospects to see their options differently.  You have that rare gift of being driven and ambitious, yet humble and collaborative.  This is a Remote/Work from Home position and can be based anywhere in the continental US.



  • Close deals within on our target markets of companies with 500-5,000 employees but also able to work with enterprise-level deals
  • Pursue opportunities in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, and Retail sectors
  • Work in partnership with WorkLife’s internal Employer Experience, Marketing, and Program teams
  • Network with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and other non-profits to promote WorkLife’s channel partnership strategy
  • Generate leads through networking, social media channels, and cold calling
  • Represent WorkLife Partnership at industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars and marketing events
  • Contribute to building and documenting best practices
  • Be willing to travel within the USA 10% of time
  • Able to work independently

Competencies and Experience

  • 2+ years of selling in the Business-to-Business market
  • Self-Starter who can work the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Knowledge of HR and benefits in the national and enterprise employer space
  • Experience working in or with a non-profit organization helpful but not required
  • Strong relationships with HR leaders and influencers
  • Accustomed to present to C-level executives

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees. The starting salary for the Sales Representative is $48,000 annually with an opportunity for a raise after 90 days. A generous commission schedule is also part of the compensation package. Estimated potential total first year annual compensation ranges from $60k-$90k
