WorkLab Innovations is a nonprofit network organization leading the replication and scaling of the Sustainable Workforce Model, which is the same model that drives WorkLife Partnership.
WorkLab Innovations will begin its replication work in August with an initial group of selected community-based organizations ready to integrate the Sustainable Workforce Model into their current programming.
WorkLab Innovations was founded by four nonprofit organizations–WorkLife Partnership, The SOURCE (Grand Rapids, MI), Connect for Success (Seattle, WA), and Working Bridges (Burlington, VT). The mission is to support an intentional strategy around replication by codifying the Sustainable Workforce Model, packaging best practices, tools and trainings, and supporting new learning and innovation across a network of member sites.
The cities and organizations where WorkLab expects to grow are diverse and will be announced later this summer. To learn more about WorkLab, email Valerie Wendell, Director of National Implementation.
